New York breach notification - Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY) reports one single breach notification form for three stolen tablet computers. The three incidents happened at different dates, 2/7/06, 3/1/06 and 3/17/06. All three tablets were not encrypted however they did have a password. 92 New York residents medical information including SSN were exposed.
